During our sales process we may add some basic information about you to our CRM Solution (SuperOffice CRM) such as name, address, mobile phone number, email address. At this point you will be emailed to confirm that you consent to us holding this data . This email will allow you to change your preferences, so you can manage if and how we contact you in future.
Before we begin to work with you we will contact you by email to ask permission to hold any data required to scope or implement the solution. Once the project is live any data we have collected will be deleted after an agreed time frame. We will contact you to confirm this has been completed as part of the final project sign off.
When a support ticket is registered in our database we store the name, email address and telephone number of the person who has submitted it. We also keep details of the support case in our database for the purposes of building our knowledgebase of past issues. Any new contacts registered in our database are emailed to confirm that it is ok to store their personal information. This email allows users to change their preferences and manage how we contact them in future.
